Dr Milanes Roberts is a physician executive with over 25 years of experience in clinical medicine and healthcare leadership.
Dr. Milanes Roberts is a board-certified OB-GYN physician with a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration and extensive executive leadership experience serving as Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer in community healthcare organizations. Her leadership has supported organizations in achieving clinical improvements in patient satisfaction, clinical productivity and reduction in no-show rates. She has been instrumental in leading organizations achieve Joint Commission accreditation and Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition.
Her experience spans clinical care, healthcare operations, quality improvement, and strategic leadership, providing a unique perspective on the challenges facing healthcare organizations today.
Dr Milanes Roberts holds a Certificate in Foundations of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare, reflecting her commitment to exploring innovative solutions that enhance care delivery and operational performance
Dr Shelly Sodhi, DO

Dr Shelly Sodhi is an administrator with a clinical background who has spent years in the Quality and Compliance space. She has extensive experience with developing quality programs inclusive of a surveillance of quality metrics through data distribution and display while instituting PDSA's to successfully track and implement such metrics.
She has served as Chief Compliance Officer at various organizations for certified diagnostic treatment facilities, urgent care facilities, dialysis units and home health care agencies.
Her passion is to ensure underserved patients receive the quality of care they need and deserve. This is what drives her mission: to help health care facilities deliver quality services to patients in need.
